The content of this site was created and is managed by the ”Ioan Goia” International Music Competition to provide participant information and all interested parties about the rules of participation, programming and the results obtained.

The administrator doe not assume any responsibility if the information cannot be accessed from some technical motives, irrespective of the ”Ioan Goia” International Music Competition.
If by means of this site there are requested from the clients some personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) the the organizers will preserve their confidentiality in accordance with Act 677/2001 for the protection of the individuals’ protection with respect to the personal data processing and their free flow.
The organizers of the contest reserve the right to take audio or video recordings, photographic images, including radio or TV transmissions without having to pay remuneration in this regard.
The clients will use the information offered by this site on their own responsibility in the terms stipulated by the legislation in force on the copyright and related rights.
For the registration of participants in the ”Ioan Goia” International Music Competition.
When you fill in the registration form for one of the competition section, you will be required to provide personal data (surname, given name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, address, passport/ID information), as well as information necessary for carrying out financial transactions (card number, expiry date and other specific details) for paying the registration fee and/or receiving the prize. Details about the participants’ bio, interests and other activities, country of origin, sex, age, personal website, links to social networks, testimonials about the Competition, as well as other specific information, may also be required. Also, the participants will provide personal information (contact details) of professors by the reference letters required for registration. Biographical information will be used to promote the competition (website, social networks, interviews). Financial information (banking details) will be used by the Competition team to prepare documents (contracts, payments, etc.). The registration in the contest of the candidates represents the acceptance of these regulations.
Entry in the contest represents the competitor’s acceptance regarding the processing of personal data only for the purpose of registering for the contest and to settle the amounts of prizes obtained.
